We’ve made the return process easy and simple for you! Follow our step-by-step guide for a quick and hassle-free return.

How to Return an Item:

1. Request a return via our online return portal
2. Send the package back
3. We process your return once it reaches our warehouse

Step 1: Request a Return

• Go to our return portal.
• Enter your details, including the same email address used for the purchase and your order number from the confirmation email.
• Follow the instructions carefully in the return portal.

Note: If you return a package without using the return portal or without arranging it with our customer service, a service fee of 49 DKK will be charged.

Return Shipping Fee: For a standard return, 55 DKK will be deducted from your refunded amount, unless it is a claim or an exchange for a gift card.

Step 2: Send the Package Back

• Once you've created the return order, you will receive a return label, code, or QR code.
• Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging to protect the products and the environment.
• Ensure that the items are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
• Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop. Delivery usually takes 1-4 business days.

Step 3: Return Processing

• Once we receive the package, your return will be processed within 1-2 business days.
• The total return process, from creation to processing, typically takes 3-7 business days.
• The money will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase.
• If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, a depreciation may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges unless we have sent the wrong item. Contact customer service to correct the error. If you wish to exchange for another item (e.g., wrong size), you must:

1. Place a new order for the desired item.
2. Return the original item in accordance with our return policy.
